Kia ora! I'm Kodie, a Kiwi web and mobile software developer from Aotearoa New Zealand. I love building things, and I'm always looking for new things to learn. I have experience with a wide range of technologies, including React and TypeScript. Currently studying a Diploma in Software Development.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

The following is a list of technologies that I have most recently used...

TypeScript JavaScript HTML CSS C# C++

I am proficient in both TypeScript and JavaScript, having first learnt JavaScript around late 2019 and TypeScript in late 2021. I have used them to build a number of projects from websites and mobile apps to Discord bots and node modules.

React Next.js Tailwind CSS

I have been using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS for a couple years now and I love them. I have used them to build a number of websites, including my own personal website, apteryx.xyz.

Vercel Raspberry Pi Docker Nginx

I use Vercel to host my websites and bots, however I originally self-hosted all my projects on a Raspberry Pi using Nginx.

React Native Expo

I first used React Native and Expo a couple of years ago, and have recently picked them back up again.

Prisma MongoDB CockroachDB

I originally used MongoDB for all my projects, however I have recently started using CockroachDB with Prisma.

Unity Unreal Engine

During 2023, I started learning Unity and Unreal Engine, and have used them to build a number of small games.
